I work personally with beginners and intermediate surfers who want to understand surfing properly, not just stand up once. Each session is adapted to your level, pace, and energy, with clear guidance in the water and calm, structured feedback throughout the session.

How To Choose
Head Coach Nawir – Most supportive option. Ideal if you feel nervous or want to really understand what you’re doing from the first lesson, with detailed feedback after each wave.
Senior Coach – More guided experience. The coach helps position the board, times the waves for you, and gives continuous tips, so standing up usually happens faster and with less effort.
Standard Coach – Best if you’re relaxed in the ocean and just want to try surfing and have fun.

Yes — Batu Bolong is known for its soft, long, rolling waves, perfect for beginners.
However, conditions change with swell and tide, and timing is essential for a safe and enjoyable session.
We always plan your lesson according to the best ocean conditions of the day. Once we know your schedule, we’ll recommend the ideal time to ensure you have the safest and most rewarding experience in the water.
You only need basic comfort in the water to join.
If you’re not fully confident swimming, we provide life jackets for additional support, or you may bring your own.
Safety is always our first priority, and every session is guided with close attention in the water.
Yes, beginner sessions are private-focused. Or semi private (1 : 2) one instructor and 2 clients. Possibility of semi-private depends on the ocean conditions that day. Our clients’ safety is our priority, so we monitor the conditions closely and will let you know whether the day you want to surf is suitable for a semi-private class.
